Meet Erica, the driving force behind Moms on the Grow. A devoted mother, wife, daughter, child of God, and certified speaker, coach, and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She wears many hats with grace.
Erica's journey took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with ADHD at 51. This experience opened her eyes to the unique challenges faced by women with late-diagnosed ADHD. With empathy and wisdom, she now focuses on empowering women with effective strategies and systems, helping them build confidence and make long-shelved dreams come true.
